Resiliency Building with Cohort One
The first module of Cohort 1 was convened in Erbil 18-20 July, 2017; module's theme was Leadership in the Iraqi Context, and it explored both the government structure and the decision-making process in Iraq, with particular emphasis on the implications of the constitution of 2005 and the subsequent drive toward federalism and decentralization. The module also connected these issues with the leadership competencies necessary for both good governance and effective crisis management.
